Shopping and site security

We collect cart contents, selected products and battery platform, privacy preferences, IP address, technical request information, device and browser details and security events. We receive this information from you and your browser to remember selections, operate the shop, prevent fraud and troubleshoot. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and security.

Orders and payments

When you check out, Stripe collects your contact, delivery and payment information. We receive your name, email address, delivery address, any phone number supplied, ordered products, amounts, payment status and transaction references to process and deliver the order, handle returns and warranty requests and meet recordkeeping duties. Stripe handles card details; we do not store full card numbers in our cart or analytics.

Messages and support

The contact form and chat collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, order reference and message, plus a conversation or request identifier. We use this to answer questions and provide support. Messages are stored in our support system and may be processed by our hosted automated-response service. Please omit passwords, payment-card details and other sensitive information.

Optional Google Analytics

Only after analytics permission, Google receives cookie-based visit identifiers, device and browser information and shopping activity. With analytics permission at checkout, a confirmed purchase is associated with your visit using those identifiers and an order reference, items and amounts. Names, contact details, delivery addresses, card details and support messages are excluded from these analytics events. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect checkout.

Retention

Cart and battery choices remain until removed or replaced. Privacy preferences and analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; new activity can restart user-level retention. Aggregated reports may remain available longer. These Analytics settings do not determine how long we retain order records.

We retain order, payment-reference and delivery records as needed to fulfill orders, handle the 90-day return period and 1-year warranty, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to answer requests and resolve issues. Hosting and security records follow service settings and security needs. We assess retention by purpose and legal requirements rather than promising a single deletion date for all records.

Sale, sharing and your choices

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Ads and Meta Ads are disabled. Use the privacy controls below to reject optional analytics and advertising. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising off.
