Information used by this website

Your browser stores the battery platform you choose, the horn configurations and quantities in your cart, and your privacy preference. These settings stay in this browser until you change them or clear site data.

The website host, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP address, request details and security events to deliver and protect the site. Hosting records are handled separately from the cart saved in your browser.

If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to provide, such as an order reference or a product issue. We use it to respond and provide support.

The contact form sends your name, email address, topic, optional order reference and message to our support inbox. These messages are stored in our store’s support system so our team can respond.

How information is used

Browser storage keeps your selections available as you move between pages and return to the shop. Connection information supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Order and checkout records include technical connection and device details used for order security and troubleshooting. Optional campaign attribution is not recorded without permission.

Analytics, advertising and payments

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics collects cookie-based client and session identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and activity such as page views, product views and cart actions. Google receives technical connection information, including your IP address, when your browser contacts its service. Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We use these reports to understand and improve the shop.

With analytics permission at checkout, we also send a confirmed purchase event from our server to Google Analytics. It includes a randomly assigned order reference, product names and identifiers, variants, quantities, item prices, tax, shipping and order value. Client and session identifiers associate that purchase with your visit. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment-card details or support messages in these analytics events.

Google Analytics is optional and remains blocked until you allow analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent shopping or payment. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google Ads and Meta Ads are not active, and no advertising tags load. If our advertising practices change, we will update this notice before activating them.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes your delivery, contact and payment information to complete payment, detect fraud and support the transaction. We receive order and delivery details, payment status and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our website cart.

Who receives information

We disclose information as necessary to service providers supporting the shop: Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage and support processing; Stripe for payments and transaction security; Google for optional analytics; and delivery and communication providers when needed to fulfill an order or answer you. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or complete a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings / Your privacy choices to allow or reject analytics and advertising separately. You can remove saved cart and battery choices by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Your privacy preference lasts up to 180 days.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need information to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Browser preferences apply to this device and browser. Email requests cover information held outside your browser, including customer-support correspondence.

To opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising in this browser, use Do not sell or share my personal information in the footer and keep Advertising off. We recognize Global Privacy Control as an advertising opt-out. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; Google Ads and Meta Ads are disabled.

Withdrawing analytics permission stops future browser analytics and prevents visit identifiers from being attached to new checkouts. It does not automatically remove data already sent or the analytics choice recorded for a checkout you previously started. Contact [email protected] if you want us to address previously collected information or a pending order measurement.

Where applicable law provides these rights, an authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority. You may appeal a privacy-request decision by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with Privacy appeal in the subject. We verify requests proportionately and retain records where needed for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction obligations.

Retention and updates

Cart and battery choices remain until removed or replaced. Privacy preferences and analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; new activity can restart user-level retention. Aggregated reports may remain available longer. These Analytics settings do not determine how long we retain order records.

We retain order, payment-reference and delivery records as needed to fulfill orders, handle the 90-day return period and 1-year warranty, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to answer requests and resolve issues. Hosting and security records follow service settings and security needs. We assess retention by purpose and legal requirements rather than promising a single deletion date for all records.

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

The update date identifies the latest revision. We will update this notice if our information practices change.

Support chat

When you use support chat, a conversation identifier and access token are stored in this browser so you can return to your messages. Messages are saved in our support system and may be processed by our hosted automated-response service to answer questions. Our team can review and reply in the same conversation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. Clearing site data removes access from this browser; it does not delete messages stored by our support service.
